The sound healing massage is about replenishing your depleted energy levels so you feel refreshed, and renewed, and generally feeling great about yourself. I work personally one on one with my clients in a calming and relaxing environment where you can let yourself go and just be yourself while you are here. Chakra Sound Healing
The chakra sound healing sessions assist to balance your energy levels especially if you are feeling low and sluggish. I work with a crystal sound bowl set by intuitive frequencies of the seven chakras in the body, and also at intervals I play the kochi chimes and the sotto cherin orin bell that gives off pleasing sound frequencies that resonate with the body's chakra regions. These sounds are here to ease you into a relaxed and meditative state. You may even fall asleep. This indicates that you need to release negative energies that hold you down. Immersive Meditation
The immersive meditation group sessions are gentle yoga orientated exercises incorporating some tai chi and nei gong movements to ease you into a relaxed state of mind while regaining your depleted energy levels, strengthening your bones, being more reflexible in your joints making you more pliable, and replenishing your confidence.
